What you will do
- Own significant workstreams within complex client engagements and drive high-quality delivery, measurable outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and develop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and delivery plans.
- Translate business requirements into practical approaches for AI, data, analytics, and technology initiatives.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and architects on solution design, delivery priorities, and implementation.
- Contribute hands-on through coding, prototyping, AI agent development, workflow automation, data analysis, and technical experimentation.
- Mentor junior consultants, collaborate with distributed and offshore teams, and identify emerging AI opportunities for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, analytics, information systems, business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, software engineering, data analytics, AI, or a related professional services environment.
- Experience independently owning workstreams, working with senior client stakeholders, and translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and modern technology ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL or similar technologies, plus AI-enabled solutions, automations, data products, prototypes, or technical proofs of concept.
Nice to have
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
- Experience at a leading consulting firm, technology company, or high-growth startup.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to proposal development, client presentations, business development, or relevant AI, cloud, analytics, data platform, or project management certifications.
