Plant Controller, Holland, MI Plant (Manufacturing)

Location: Holland Factory, Holland, Michigan, United States; onsite plant-based role

Salary: $104,200–$130,200 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead management, reporting, budgeting, planning, and analysis for the plant's financial and accounting activities.
• Report manufacturing financial results, risks, opportunities, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage the SAP month-end close process and reconcile plant balance sheet accounts.
• Provide cost forecasting, product-cost analysis, productivity pipeline analysis, and financial standards including financial BOMs.
• Lead self-assessment, internal, and external audits while maintaining a strong internal-control environment.
• Manage and develop direct reports and support capital, product development, capacity, asset management, and other finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in finance or accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and financial systems.
• Extensive practical knowledge of SAP or other costing systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project and change management abilities.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, CGA, or an MBA in Accounting or Finance.
