Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Parsons, West Virginia, USA; on-site

Salary: $61,800–$113,100, $68,000–$124,500, or $74,200–$135,800 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and location.

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance specialist and strategic business partner for plant leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare and oversee financial statements, performance reports, metrics, variance analysis, and cost tracking.
• Manage plant accounting processes, including inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end activities.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify cost savings and process improvements, while supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting, finance, controllership, or plant finance experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, month-end close, internal controls, inventory management, audits, and financial compliance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, partnership-building, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
