Project Engineer (Electrical Engineering)

What you will do

• Review quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and drawings for design requirements, technical accuracy, pricing, and specification compliance.
• Develop project design schedules, monitor progress, resolve issues, and identify scope changes requiring change orders.
• Coordinate civil design, steel fabrication, project meetings, and technical activities across project stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites for technical evaluations, recommendations, and field measurements when needed.
• Resolve project design and warranty issues, respond to drawing feedback, and provide technical support to internal and external customers.
• Prepare engineering studies such as CFD analysis and support product, process, and new offering development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• Working knowledge of drafting and 3-D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Ihirify.globalor, or SolidWorks.
• 1–2+ years of engineering or design experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Richland, Mississippi, and travel to customer sites when required.
