Project Engineer (Electrical Construction)

Location: Phoenix, AZ / El Mirage, AZ; on-site work across office, industrial, and fabrication environments

What you will do

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Apply electrical engineering expertise to design, review, and support the installation of electrical systems for mission-critical and data center projects.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Perform inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide clients with technical support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in electrical construction, or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in office, industrial-site, and fabrication-shop environments while complying with PPE and environmental health and safety requirements.
