What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommend mortgage products and financial solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting their home ownership goals.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and provide comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral networks with internal business partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including knowledge of mortgage lending, processes, and documentation.
• Client relationship building, customer service, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Business development, networking, and local-market knowledge.
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
