What you will do

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while developing a personal mortgage customer base.
• Conduct sales calls independently and jointly with the Sales Manager.
• Use a dedicated sales management system to manage sales activity and customer development.
• Participate in monthly coaching sessions and targeted sales training.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record and strong sales capabilities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable developing new business in a competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Work location: Thornhill, Ontario, Canada.
