Location: Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, or Whitby, Ontario; remote work is available with occasional onsite attendance at ON-81 Bay Street-Virtual

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting a strong client experience.
• Develop local-market sales plans and convert leads into new banking clients.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and external community partners.
• Generate mortgage opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including knowledge of mortgage lending and documentation.
• Business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Client service, customer experience, and financial planning capabilities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Ability to work full time, 37.5 hours per week.
