Associate Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Location: On-site full-time in Vaughan, ON, at Vaughan-Bathurst and Steeles

What you will do

• Support client origination, relationship management, and portfolio management processes alongside the Relationship Manager.
• Connect with existing and prospective clients and Centres of Influence to identify growth and revenue opportunities.
• Research industries, clients, and prospects to identify business development and financing opportunities.
• Assist with financing and cash management proposals, pricing strategies, sales activities, and client functions.
• Promote digital banking options and introduce clients to alternative ways to bank.
• Complete due diligence, credit recommendations, transaction approvals, documentation, and other risk activities in line with bank policies.

Requirements

• Well-developed knowledge of credit products and services, lending practices, credit analysis, compliance standards, and financial statement interpretation.
• Knowledge of sales practices and experience in a fast-paced professional sales and service environment.
• Completed undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Client-focused, accountable, collaborative, and able to take ownership of results.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
