What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues toward budgeted production, customer service, retention, and development goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through referrals, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Oversee branch recruitment, staffing, operational security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Educate colleagues on banking products, services, technology, and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other branch technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
