What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Grow consumer and business banking relationships through consultative sales, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel banking interactions and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory compliance risks.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• No university or college degree is required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, digital awareness, sales management, communication, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Subject to additional background checks under applicable Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and FDIA requirements.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
