Branch Manager

Location: Onsite in Terre Haute, Indiana, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead meetings and align the team with branch sales and service goals.
• Train employees on branch operations, compliance, and collections while providing real-time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-quality, diverse team.
• Provide actionable feedback, resolve issues, and maintain adherence to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within six months of the start date where required.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Experience in underwriting, credit decision-making, or the financial industry.
