Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Base salary: $77,138–$128,563 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, including revenue, customer loyalty, and service delivery.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through consultative sales, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach the branch team on technology-enabled customer interactions, financial solutions, and problem resolution.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, make decisions, and deliver results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
