Branch Manager - Brooklyn Center, MN

Location: Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, United States; office-based

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, and operational activities of the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and improving branch and digital-channel performance.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, acquire new customers, and deepen existing relationships.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, customer service, and sales opportunities.
• Develop internal, business, and community partnerships and maintain an active calling and business-development program.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, operational security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, colleague-development, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
