Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve budgeted production and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, acquire new customers, and deepen existing relationships.
• Build referrals and internal partnerships across banking, investments, lending, and other financial services.
• Develop business and community relationships through an active calling and community involvement program.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development for the assigned market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, process management, and colleague development.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital banking activities.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and technology skills.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
