Branch Banking Leader (Fintech)

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11207, United States; onsite, full-time branch role

Salary: $59,085–$99,485 per year, with possible variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to achieve sales and financial performance targets.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client relationships.
• Execute business development activities and support partner-generated sales and branch initiatives.
• Manage talent-related activities, including hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing engagement, education, and tailored solutions.
• Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, reputational, employee, and client risks while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees, drive results, prioritize competing demands, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to comply with applicable bank policies, regulations, and federal, state, and local laws.
