Automotive Service Advisor

Location: 2878 Barrett Lakes Blvd, Kennesaw, Georgia, United States; onsite service-drive role.

What you will do

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, maintenance needs, warranties, and service updates clearly.
• Oversee service orders, distribute repair orders to technicians, and help manage service-drive workflow.
• Assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate parts, tools, and warranty administration when needed.
• Support technician productivity, daily labor sales goals, dealership compliance, and ongoing process improvement.
• Build effective relationships with customers, technicians, management, and manufacturer representatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership ability and experience working with teams.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive repair or technician work, customer service and sales, service-drive management, hospitality, client relationships, or high-volume dealerships.
