Location: 14546 Red Creek Circle, Magnolia, Texas, United States. Full-time, onsite schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm; weekends are closed.

What you will do
- Welcome guests and guide them through the complete vehicle repair process.
- Explain repair solutions clearly and present appropriate services with honesty and integrity.
- Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
- Communicate professionally by phone and keep customers informed about vehicle status.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and support a positive team environment.
- Shuttle guests as needed in a branded vehicle and help ensure repairs meet proper specifications.
Requirements
- Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
- Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
- Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm schedule.
- Ability to remain on your feet most of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace.
