Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: 1650 N. Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago, Illinois, United States. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; weekends closed.

What you will do

• Welcome guests, check vehicles in and out, answer phone calls, and schedule service appointments.
• Explain warranty coverage and submit related claims accurately and on time.
• Perform quality control checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Provide safe, timely shuttle transportation, assist passengers in and out of vehicles, and keep the shuttle clean and organized.
• Support the shop with parts receiving and processing, errands, office upkeep, and shuttle maintenance notifications.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience and a strong desire to serve others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Valid state driver's license and an insurance-eligible driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
