Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA; on-site dealership service facility with day and night shifts.

What you will do

• Generate service order estimates and customer quotes.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service schedule.
• Conduct post-repair customer follow-up.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality and integrity.

Requirements

• Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Ability to work hard with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
