Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 11865 US-231 431 N, Meridianville, Alabama, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm

Salary: Up to $85,000 per year

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Explain repair solutions clearly and maintain communication about vehicle status.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Sell automotive services honestly while maintaining customer trust.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and support a positive team atmosphere.
• Shuttle guests as needed, verify repair quality, and assist other employees.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependable and reliable availability for the scheduled Monday–Friday workday.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace.
