Manager, Oracle HCM Time and Labor (Oracle HCM)

Location: Remote role for candidates in the U.S. or Canada; Chicago office location listed. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required. Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Workforce Management solutions.
• Gather requirements and lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the functional lead for time entry, time calculation rules, overtime, scheduling, shift differentials, labor costing, and approval workflows.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to design scalable workforce management solutions.
• Coordinate integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR teams to support compliance and accurate payroll processing.
• Mentor team members and contribute across multiple client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience focused on Time & Labor and Workforce Management.
• Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementation experiences.
• Experience leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
