Senior Manager - Workday HCM (Workday HCM)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $175,000.00–$225,000.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of Workday HCM modules.
• Manage system enhancements and upgrades while aligning Workday capabilities with organizational objectives.
• Resolve complex issues and develop best practices, standards, and policies for Workday HCM usage.
• Improve HR processes and ensure compliance with regulations governing HR processes and data management.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support for Workday HCM functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, internal IT teams, and senior stakeholders to address technical challenges and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Workday HCM certification or equivalent experience required.
• At least 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of core HR, talent management, compensation, and benefits administration in Workday.
• Experience leading Workday HCM projects, organizational change initiatives, and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
