What you will do
- Oversee daily activities of production workers and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics to support smooth production operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain accurate records of output, downtime, and production issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with production equipment, manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
