Project Architect, Public & Healthcare Markets

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions for design challenges.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation with the design team, maintaining alignment with design intent, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Lead collaboration across project disciplines and develop innovative technical solutions.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts to complex assignments and integrate QA/QC procedures into project deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM standards with the Project Manager and BIM Manager.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a graduate degree is not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations.
• Minimum six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong technical design, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and continuous-learning skills.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
