What you will do

• Lead high-priority and complex projects affecting multiple businesses or functional areas from initiation through close.
• Develop project plans, forecasts, schedules, deliverables, budgets, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, and resource plans.
• Gather requirements and align stakeholders, project teams, roles, responsibilities, expectations, and objectives.
• Monitor project execution, performance, costs, schedules, scope changes, variances, and corrective actions.
• Implement risk mitigations and approved workarounds, escalating risk-related issues when necessary.
• Build team cohesion and improve performance through leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of proven project management experience, or 8 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 4 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with significant resources and cross-functional integration.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, requirements, risks, quality, resources, and communications.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal-control, audit, and compliance standards.
