Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Omaha, Nebraska, US; three days each week in the Omaha office required

Salary: $103,040–$159,750 per year, plus a 10%–20% incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Coordinate projects from planning and implementation through transition to ongoing business operations.
• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business outcomes, proactively resolving delivery issues.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Support change management, communications, training, teammate readiness, and adoption planning.
• Build cross-functional relationships and escalate critical concerns for resolution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including coordinating the work of others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to build positive organizational relationships and provide coaching and guidance to project or program team members.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred.
