Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States

Base salary: $87,400–$123,400 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Gather and document complex business requirements for software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories aligned with project goals.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support implementations, troubleshoot issues, conduct impact analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Review system enhancements, create flow diagrams, document technical solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry experience.
• Experience collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-platform applications and systems.
• Ability to solve business problems and communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience creating reports, manuals, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Financial industry experience.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience as a QA or Developer, Quality Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
