Business Systems Analyst Lead

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with business strategies.
• Apply in-depth business-area knowledge to identify and communicate how technology can support business objectives.
• Support complex business processes requiring technical solution design or integration across multiple business functions.
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements.
• Serve as a project team member or team lead and coordinate IT resources and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–12 years of related experience.
• Experience performing business analyst responsibilities, including creating scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and defining use cases.
• Experience producing process flows using Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Strong technical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
