Senior Business System Analyst - Corporate Trust

Location: Maryland, United States — remote

Salary: $115,435–$142,595 per year for Maryland; the role may also be eligible for annual bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock.

What you will do

• Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs for applications and business solutions.
• Research business needs, evaluate complex technology challenges, recommend system enhancements, and improve user experience.
• Design and oversee application interfaces, system linkages, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization solutions.
• Lead business technology projects, manage risks, and support successful implementation and delivery.
• Participate in planning, system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, product, operations, risk, and control stakeholders while ensuring regulatory, security, and operational alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in Corporate Trust services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and banking practices.
• Advanced application testing skills, including test case creation and documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic, data comparison, and banking applications.
