Business Systems Solutions Analyst - Risk & HSE

Location: Brownsville, Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; corporate office-based

What you will do

• Serve as the internal expert on processes and solutions for Risk and HSE teams.
• Identify process and solution improvements with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT project managers on large, cross-functional projects.
• Own projects and communicate status updates and deadlines to end users.
• Configure purchased solutions to expand their capabilities.
• Create documentation for implemented applications and customizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of related or operational experience, or an equivalent combination.
• At least 3 years of experience liaising between IT and a business function or working on large, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Competence with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types driven and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and pivot charts.
