Product Manager, AI-Enabled Advisory Solutions (AI)

Location: US - Atlanta, GA; hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $114,400–$193,800 USD per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, research, feedback analysis, and market insight activities to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Define product vision, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, release planning, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
• Define and manage AI-enabled capabilities and AI agents for consulting delivery, workflow automation, and product experiences.
• Partner with consulting, engineering, data science, AI, governance, and business teams to deliver products and drive adoption.
• Communicate product priorities, trade-offs, roadmap updates, and outcomes while supporting go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in product management within consulting, analytics, fintech, or technology.
• Experience with GenAI, workflow automation, copilots, or AI agents.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Six or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience with an advanced degree.
• Three or more years of end-to-end product management experience for data, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled products.
• Experience taking products from concept through launch and optimization with engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
