Group Product Manager (AI Sales)

Location: Remote; U.S. work authorization is required through the E-Verify and Form I-9 process

Cash compensation: $190,000–$250,000 annually, depending on level and location, plus benefits and startup equity.

hirify.global is building an autonomous revenue growth platform that combines AI, Sales, and Marketing to support acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Agentic AI Sales platform.
• Define autonomous workflows for inbound conversion, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Translate proprietary machine-learning predictions into clear customer value and measurable conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Productize predictive conversion intelligence and improve model accuracy and explainability with Data Science.
• Use CRM and marketing signals to identify purchase readiness and future purchase intent.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product execution with commercial strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products.
• 2+ years of experience building products based on agentic technology.
• Strategic and hands-on product management experience.
• Fluency with AI-driven platforms and CRM data.
• Revenue-oriented and customer-focused approach.
