Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 annual

What you will do

• Own a core product area from strategy and vision through execution, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business and platform objectives.
• Lead a cross-functional squad comprising Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation, intelligent systems, workflow improvements, and product innovation.
• Conduct user research, analyze product and behavioral data, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Partner with Engineering and organizational stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and build alignment around major initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years owning full product lifecycles.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or product squads through complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, product judgment, UX intuition, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align diverse audiences around a shared vision.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, SaaS, legal technology, or similarly complex technology products.
• Experience with Figma, Mixpanel, Looker, Zendesk, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or startup environments.
