Senior Product Manager - Managing Consultant (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, or New York; authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Base compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annually, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Set product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and operating models for client engagements.
• Own product lifecycle execution across ideation, definition, and delivery for multiple workstreams.
• Lead designers, engineers, researchers, product managers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, resolve complex escalations, and advocate for customer-driven decisions.
• Coach and manage product talent while contributing to proposals, pitches, account growth, and thought leadership.
• Define how AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities are embedded into product roadmaps and delivery models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience with progression into strategic ownership and team leadership.
• Experience owning product strategy and go-to-market for a major product line, platform, or 0-to-1 launch.
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing Product Managers or Consultants.
• Consulting or agency experience with proposal writing, SOW shaping, or account growth.
• Executive-level presence and experience advising VP- or C-suite client stakeholders.
• Deep fluency in Agile and lean product operating models, contemporary prototyping and research methods, and strategic AI/GenAI/agentic adoption.
