AI Product Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid with at least three days onsite per week

hirify.global's Data & Digital team develops AI and digital solutions for business systems, platforms, and client-facing products.

What you will do

• Shape AI and digital product vision, define use cases, and prioritize strategic initiatives with business and product leaders.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through execution, scaling, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop AI and Data strategy and integrate AI, machine learning, automation, and digital technologies into products and operations.
• Oversee structured and unstructured data integration into AI models and digital solutions, including data quality and governance.
• Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating resources, timelines, dependencies, KPIs, and feedback loops.
• Ensure AI and digital deployments meet security, privacy, regulatory, explainability, reliability, and responsible AI requirements.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in AI product ownership, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology innovation.
• Proven experience delivering AI and digital solutions at scale in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Expertise in agile delivery methods and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York office at least three days per week.
