Manager Operations Services (Nuclear Operations)

Location: Hybrid in Clinton, Illinois, United States

Salary: $160,200–$178,000 per year, varying based on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise Operations support staff, including work execution supervisors and the clearance and tagging group.
• Direct planning support for Operations scheduling and clearance and tagging preparation for online maintenance and planned outages.
• Establish priorities for daily, outage, and emergent work while ensuring activities comply with Technical Specifications and other regulations.
• Oversee the Fix-It-Now supervisor and group to align priorities with operational needs.
• Support the Operations Outage Senior Reactor Operator planner and perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support duties as assigned.
• Assess plant Operations effectiveness and interface with site counterparts and industry peers to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of a Senior Reactor Operator license, associate’s degree, or high school diploma/GED with the required related experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable.
• Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Nice to have

• Current Senior Reactor Operator license.
• Working knowledge of procedure writing and the Capco process.
