Logistics Planning & Analytics Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; travel up to 25% may be required.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve logistics and warehouse forecasting models for capacity, inventory flow, and seasonal demand.
• Develop predictive analytics to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Own warehouse and logistics KPIs, including expense rate, inventory accuracy, damage rate, and warehouse utilization.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI and Advanced Excel, and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Partner with warehouse operations, finance, and 3PL providers to implement cost, inventory accuracy, and warehouse space improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, forecasting, scenario modeling, and KPI analysis.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems, plus the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Experience working with 3PL providers.
