What you will do

• Own and continuously improve demand input processes in the rolling plan system.
• Oversee daily factory production and shipping execution, identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution.
• Develop and optimize production planning strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Consolidate and analyze the monthly 13+9 rolling forecast, providing actionable business insights.
• Establish inventory governance processes and manage abnormal, excess, and overstock materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand and supply management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
