System Analyst IV (Endpoint Management)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; less than 25% travel.

What you will do

• Translate functional specifications into detailed requirements for system development.
• Examine current systems, identify requirements, and gather additional needs from users.
• Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with developers to produce new systems and system enhancements.
• Validate changes by testing programs and resolving complex technical issues.
• Support enterprise endpoint and infrastructure environments across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills, with experience creating, packaging, deploying, testing, and maintaining enterprise software packages.
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, IP networking, endpoint and infrastructure security, SAN, virtualization, monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, collaboration, decision-making, and project coordination skills.
