Senior System Analyst

Location: Hybrid work at sites in Pensacola, Vienna, or Winchester, United States. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $78,400–$123,200 annually.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of complex business issues and define system requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Create workflow diagrams, technical documentation, procedures, and system specifications.
• Design and recommend automated controls and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate end-user sessions to validate models, requirements, and specifications.
• Plan major initiatives, managing timelines and budgets for small to mid-sized projects.
• Lead user acceptance testing, stakeholder sign-off, training programs, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis or IT/business support.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of real estate lending.
• Advanced understanding of systems analysis and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, quantitative communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead system analysis and testing projects with minimal guidance.
