Application Systems Senior Analyst (Fiserv Signature)

Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH, with additional listed work sites in Fishers and Independence, Ohio, and Bellevue, Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Provide analytical tier 2/3 technical support for business applications and resolve escalated incidents.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, test, implement, and manage assigned applications and Fiserv Signature core banking solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects and facilitate solution-design sessions with internal customers.
• Support ETL and data conversion activities using SQL Query and related tools, including mapping data between core systems.
• Perform root cause analysis, improve system and service efficiency, and drive resolution of systemic issues.
• Create and maintain application, deployment, architecture, design, data-flow, disaster-recovery, and knowledge-base documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering with a programming concentration and at least 3 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree with at least 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience in a financial institution.
• 3–5 years of experience working with Fiserv Signature core banking software.
• At least 1 year of application production support using the Fiserv technology stack or equivalent tools, including Query, SQL Query, or CL.
• Experience with automated testing, relational data models, SQL statements, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Ability to work with onsite equipment and comply with applicable company policies and federal and state regulations.
