Supplier Quality Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage supplier documentation, consolidate information, track projects, and monitor agreed actions and deadlines.
• Prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, presentations, dashboards, indicators, and control tools.
• Validate supplier and internal-department information to provide reliable progress updates for decision-making.
• Conduct supplier follow-up visits and collect objective evidence confirming action implementation and compliance.
• Identify and promptly report deviations, non-compliance, and project risks.
• Support the Quality and Purchasing departments with document control, analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 6 months of experience in supplier quality.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and process and product audits.
• Basic knowledge of Core Tools, especially APQP and PPAP.
• Fluent English required.
