Commercial Construction Superintendent - Corporate Interiors

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite field role supporting active construction projects.

Base salary: $108,900–$165,770 per year, with compensation varying according to experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day field operations for $4M–$30M corporate interior and tenant improvement projects from mobilization through punch list and closeout.
• Own project schedules, short-term planning, sequencing, manpower, site logistics, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, organization, documentation, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate architectural, MEP, technology, and specialty systems while managing high-end finishes and occupied environments.
• Partner with project managers and clients, resolve field issues, support commissioning and turnover, and mentor assistant superintendents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience focused on corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or commercial interiors.
• Experience leading Superintendent-level projects in the $4M–$30M range.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction sequencing, MEP coordination, high-end finishes, accelerated schedules, and occupied buildings.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability for safety, quality, and schedule.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, project documentation, construction technology, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, anticipation, and problem-solving skills; a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent field experience.
