Bilingual Trade Compliance Specialist (Mandarin)

What you will do

• Support daily U.S. import compliance activities and coordinate accurate, timely filings with customs brokers.
• Review import documentation, compliance data, and regulatory records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with HTS tariff classification, customs valuation, and country-of-origin determinations.
• Track U.S. import regulations, trade policies, tariffs, and trade remedies, supporting internal implementation.
• Partner with logistics, supply chain, and other functions to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and support post-entry reviews and customs inquiries.
• Prepare compliance reports, summaries, presentations, and Chinese-language materials while supporting audits and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in import operations, customs brokerage, trade compliance, or supply chain and logistics roles.
• Basic understanding of U.S. import regulations and customs processes, including HTS classification, valuation, origin, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with data and documentation.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency required.
