Future Opportunities - Change Management Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL; engagement locations and work arrangements may vary, with some projects fully remote and others requiring travel or proximity to a client site.

What you will do

• Design and implement change management plans for organizational transformations, technology implementations, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Identify stakeholder needs, concerns, expectations, and potential resistance connected to change initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and recommend change interventions, engagement strategies, communications, training, and support resources.
• Coordinate with communication teams and project teams to align stakeholder updates and change activities.
• Guide and coach managers and supervisors to support successful change adoption.
• Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, risks, and required adjustments.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of change management experience.
• Experience leading organizational or technology-driven change initiatives directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong written, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences and work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Travel of up to 25% may be required depending on the engagement.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Certification or a similar credential.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of enterprise project governance, RACI models, and compliance requirements.
