What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive change management plans to support client initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses and recommend targeted change interventions.
- Identify and manage stakeholder needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Coordinate with communication teams to ensure effective stakeholder updates.
- Coach managers and supervisors to drive successful change adoption.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management frameworks.
Requirements
- Approximately 3-5 years of professional change management experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong written and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environments.
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Prosci Change Management Certification or similar credential.
- Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Understanding of enterprise-level project governance and RACI models.
