Future Opportunities - Change Management Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; work arrangements vary by engagement, with some projects fully remote and others requiring travel or proximity to a client site.

What you will do

• Design and implement change management plans for organizational transformations, technology implementations, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Identify stakeholder needs, concerns, and expectations, and conduct impact analyses to recommend appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate communication plans and develop communication materials, training, and support resources.
• Coach managers and supervisors to support successful change adoption.
• Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, risks, resistance, and required adjustments.
• Collaborate with project teams and affected stakeholders to align on change impacts and activities.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of change management experience.
• Experience leading organizational and technology-driven change initiatives.
• Direct client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong written, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas, work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results.
• Up to 25% travel may be required depending on the engagement.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Certification or a similar credential.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of enterprise project governance, RACI models, and compliance requirements.
