What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive change management plans to support client initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and recommend targeted change interventions.
• Identify and manage stakeholder needs, concerns, and expectations.
• Coordinate with communication teams to ensure effective stakeholder updates.
• Coach managers and supervisors to drive successful change adoption.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management frameworks.

Requirements

• Approximately 3-5 years of professional change management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environments.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Certification or similar credential.
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of enterprise-level project governance and RACI models.
