What you will do

• Support the manager and supervisor with the daily operation of the Ocean Export Department.
• Allocate workloads, mentor agents, support onboarding, and help the team meet annual training standards.
• Coordinate timely freight movement, prepare international transportation documents, and arrange export shipments with customers.
• Coordinate vendor rates and services, maintain relationships with shipping lines and trucking companies, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Monitor billing, payment accounts, shipment reports, operational reports, and accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational process standards, government regulations, and customer procedures while contributing to system and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Ocean Export.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and process-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, work autonomously, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proven leadership attitude and background.
