What you will do
- Complete defined clearance and brokerage processes and procedures by established deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify anomalies and resolve routine issues using established rules and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- Support clearance operations, brokerage administration, storage, cage handling, and clearance customer service activities.
Requirements
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
