Organizational Change Management and Communication Leader

Location: Mettawa, Illinois, United States. Occasional travel may be required for project and stakeholder engagement needs.

Salary: $118,400–$174,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies for large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Design and deliver communication plans for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Assess change impacts and readiness with project teams, business leaders, and HR.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed.
• Advise leadership, manage feedback mechanisms, and build change networks, toolkits, and resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in change management and communications roles.
• Experience supporting IT transformation or digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKAR.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP.
• Experience in a global or multi-site organization.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or a related discipline.
