Organizational Development Manager

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle

What you will do

• Lead organizational design and change management projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and tools for consistent, scalable organizational solutions.
• Assess organizational structures, roles, processes, capabilities, and ways of working to define future-state recommendations.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and organizational needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and strengthen leaders’ and HRBPs’ ability to address organizational challenges.
• Use data, research, and stakeholder insights to measure effectiveness and improve solutions.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, change management, talent management, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in industrial psychology is relevant.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, planning, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to build alignment and influence without direct authority while working through ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
